材料
大蝦 5隻
洋蔥 1/2個
紅蔥頭 2湯匙
蒜頭 2湯匙
生粉 4湯匙
鹽 1茶匙
胡椒粉 1茶匙
紹興酒 1湯匙
茄汁 2湯匙
茄膏 1湯匙
喼汁 1/2茶匙
糖 2茶匙
油 150毫升做法
- 將蝦洗淨去蝦腸抹乾
- 用1/2茶匙鹽,1茶匙胡椒粉,1湯匙紹興酒醃15分鐘
- 取出抹乾撲上生粉,落滾油炸至8成熟取出備用
- 洋蔥切條,起鑊,落一湯匙油,略炒取出
- 再放1湯匙油,落紅蔥頭,蒜蓉,茄汁,茄膏,喼汁,糖,1/2茶匙鹽,炒均
- 再放蝦及洋蔥略炒便成

1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Sugar
150ml OilSteps
- Wash and devein the shrimps
- Marinate the shrimps with 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of pepper and 1 tbsp of Shaoxing wine for 15 minutes
- Take out the shrimps and pour the corn flour, and fry for almost well done
- Cut the onion, heat the pan and add a tablespoon of oil, stir fry
- Add 1 tbsp of oil, red onion, garlic, tomato sauce, tomato paste, worcestershire sauce, sugar, stir-fry, then add the shrimps and onion
- Topping with shallot
