材料
大蝦 5隻
洋蔥 1/2個
紅蔥頭 2湯匙
蒜頭 2湯匙
生粉 4湯匙
鹽 1/2茶匙
胡椒粉 1茶匙
紹興酒 1湯匙
生抽 1湯匙
老抽 1/2湯匙
糖 2茶匙
油 150毫升
做法
- 將蝦洗淨去蝦腸抹乾
- 用1/2茶匙鹽,1茶匙胡椒粉,1湯匙紹興酒醃15分鐘
- 取出抹乾撲上生粉,落滾油炸至8成熟取出備用
- 洋蔥切條,起鑊,落一湯匙油,略炒取出
- 再放1湯匙油,落紅蔥頭,蒜蓉,生抽,老抽,糖,炒均,再放蝦及洋蔥略炒
- 灑上蔥花便成

4 tbsp Corn Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Shaoxing Wine
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
2 tsp Sugar
150ml Oil
Steps
- Wash and devein the shrimps
- Marinate the shrimps with 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of pepper and 1 tbsp of Shaoxing wine for 15 minutes
- Take out the shrimps and pour the corn flour, and fry for almost well done
- Cut the onion, heat the pan and add a tablespoon of oil, stir fry
- Add 1 tbsp of oil, red onion, garlic, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, stir-fry, then add the shrimps and onion
- Topping with shallot
