麥皮大蝦食譜 Shrimps with Oat Recipe

材料

虎蝦 5隻
原味即食麥片 80克
牛油 30克
煉奶 1湯匙
指天椒 1隻
鹽 1/2茶匙
胡椒粉 1茶匙
生粉 4湯匙
油 150毫升
紹興酒 1湯匙做法

  1. 將蝦洗淨去蝦腸抹乾
  2. 用1/2茶匙鹽,1茶匙胡椒粉,1湯匙紹興酒醃15分鐘
  3. 取出抹乾撲上生粉,落滾油炸至8成熟取出備用
  4. 起鑊落牛油,煉奶,再落大蝦,麥片略炒
  5. 灑上指天椒便成

Ingredients
5 Tiger Shrimps
80g Original Instant Oatmeal
3g Butter
1 tbsp Condensed Milk
1 Hot Chilli
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
4 tbsp Corn Flour
150ml Oil
1 tbsp Shaoxing Wine

Steps

  1. Wash and devein the shrimps
  2. Marinate the shrimps with 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of pepper and 1 tbsp of Shaoxing wine for 15 minutes
  3. Take out the shrimps and pour the corn flour, and fry for almost well done
  4. Heat the frying pan, add butter, condensed milk, then shrimps and the oatmeal
  5. Sprinkle the chilli on top
