材料
虎蝦 5隻
原味即食麥片 80克
牛油 30克
煉奶 1湯匙
指天椒 1隻
鹽 1/2茶匙
胡椒粉 1茶匙
生粉 4湯匙
油 150毫升
紹興酒 1湯匙做法
- 將蝦洗淨去蝦腸抹乾
- 用1/2茶匙鹽,1茶匙胡椒粉,1湯匙紹興酒醃15分鐘
- 取出抹乾撲上生粉,落滾油炸至8成熟取出備用
- 起鑊落牛油,煉奶,再落大蝦,麥片略炒
- 灑上指天椒便成
Ingredients
5 Tiger Shrimps
80g Original Instant Oatmeal
3g Butter
1 tbsp Condensed Milk
1 Hot Chilli
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
4 tbsp Corn Flour
150ml Oil
1 tbsp Shaoxing Wine
Steps
- Wash and devein the shrimps
- Marinate the shrimps with 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of pepper and 1 tbsp of Shaoxing wine for 15 minutes
- Take out the shrimps and pour the corn flour, and fry for almost well done
- Heat the frying pan, add butter, condensed milk, then shrimps and the oatmeal
- Sprinkle the chilli on top
